2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract in India. Give true information and keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. What Subharambh is

Subharambh is a venue where buyers form groups and sellers make offers. We are not a party to a sale, and we do not guarantee that any group will fill, any bid will be made, or any seller will deliver. Contracts for goods or services are between the buyers and the seller.

4. What you post

5. Bids, awards and payments

A bid placed by a seller, and an award accepted by a group, are commitments between those parties as the screens describe. Fees for advertising are shown before you pay and are invoiced; card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment provider.

6. Advertising

Some pages show advertisements placed by merchants on Subharambh and, where switched on, ads served by Google AdSense. Advertisements are labelled. We do not endorse advertisers. See the Privacy Policy, section 5, for how ad cookies work and how to control them.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service, probe or disrupt it, bypass its limits, impersonate others, or use it to send spam.

8. Our liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from dealings between users, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [Lawyer to confirm.]
