Delete your Subharambh account
Subharambh.com (Android app com.subharambh.app) lets you delete your
account yourself, at any time, from the app or from this website.
How to delete your account
- Open the Subharambh app, or go to subharambh.com, and sign in.
- Select the settings gear next to your name to open My Profile.
- At the bottom, under Delete account, select Delete my account…
- Enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device. This cannot be undone.
Forgotten your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to set a new one first.
Sign in to delete your accountWhat is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and profile photo
- Your location and current city
- Your password (you can never sign in to the account again)
- Your saved searches, unsent drafts, likes, notification and WhatsApp preferences
- Your conversations with the AI assistant
- Your pending company-link requests
What is kept, and why
Group-buying postings, deals, bids, advertisements and chat messages are shared with other people and businesses who took part in them, so they are not removed. They stay, without your name or contact details, and are shown as written by “Deleted User”. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires. Feedback you sent is kept without anything that identifies you.
